Ayodeji Anthony Aduloju is a Doctoral candidate in the Department of International Relations, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He is also an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of History and International Studies, Edo University Iyamho, Nigeria. He holds Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) as well as Master of Science (M. Sc.) degrees in International Relations from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. During his B. Sc. he worked on Criminalisation of International Violence with special focus on post-conflict reconciliation in Liberia and Sierra Leone. For his M. Sc. he worked on Oil and Human Security Challenges in the Niger Delta.

He is currently working on Post-Amnesty Niger Delta and Maritime Security in the Gulf of Guinea for his doctoral research. His research focus centres on peace, conflict, gender, development, security and regionalism with special emphasis on Africa.
