Andreas Føllesdal is professor of Political Philosophy and Director of Research at Norwegian Centre for Human Rights, Faculty of Law, University of Oslo. He publishes within the field of international political theory and human rights in the wake of Europeanisation and globalisation. Fay Lomax Cook

Fay Lomax Cook is professor of human development and social policy and Director of the Institute for Policy Research, Northwestern University. Her research focuses on the interrelationships between public opinion and social policy, the politics of public policy, public deliberation, and the dynamics of public support for programs for older Americans.
